If the bridal shower and the wedding will be the same color or theme?

It is typical of the bachelorette party to follow the same colors or theme as the wedding? I'm from the Ministry of Health and I was originally planning to release a black / pink / white shower. The colors of the bride's wedding are red / black / white. There have been More showers or weddings, I got to thinking that maybe the two should follow the same color scheme. I have no problem switching to black / red / white issue. Opinions?

That's really what my shower and the wedding colors were! I had a wedding red, black and white and my shower was pink, white and black. I do not want to be the same because they are two different things:)
