Any recommendation on low budget wedding videographer?

Does anyone have recommendation on low budget videographer? I jus need to video the morning session of my wedding approx 5hrs and edit into VCD/DVD and to be play during my wedding dinner.

On of our friends has a camara that records with those little dvd, we asked him to do it and he has very happy to do so. We can put the little DVD into our DVD player and watch it. It turned out beautiful.
